Take care of BPI bank
(If you vomit easily takes the necessary precautions before
reading what is proceeded!)
The facts:
A customer of BPI bank (in Portugal) contracted a loan for part
of the purchase of a house, and one more other loan for part of
the works of its reconstruction, (total 100.000 ).
The money for the works was insufficient and the customer
requested a reinforcement of 7.500 . The bank proceeded to
the revaluation of the property and the whole process elapsed
normally. However it would not come to grant the reinforcement
because BPI considered that the customer's balance, almost always
"walked in the red". (With reconstruction works to
elapse and already tends expense all of the savings, such
reinforcement would serve obviously to hinder that situation).
The solution proposed by the bank was a 60 days loan of 7.500
.
Of course in the end the customer didn't get the necessary money
for the successive reforms of that third loan, given to the
normal instalments of the first 2 loans to go liquidating...
The consequences:
The loan of 7.500 ; was protested by the bank. The customer
(that continued to pay the instalments of the initial loans
regularly) requested to the administration of the bank the
payment of the third loan in accessible instalments. The bank was
always refusing.
For his own initiative the customer started to deposit monthly
about 200 supplemental in form to lessen the debt of the
third loan.
The bank considered insufficient the customer's effort and
established a lawsuit, not to receive the value of the last loan
in debt but... (Manipulating the text of the process) the total
of all loans; obtaining, this way, the whole property (in the
value of more than 200.000 ) due to a debt about 6.000
!
Analysis:
To BPI bank it only interests the appetising easy profit; to
acquire the whole property of the customer together with the
savings that he is burying there. When the customer commits any
lapse, (for which BPI is going giving, whenever it can, a little
help...) it uses of all of the legal tricks, to accomplishing
easy money.
BPI treats the customers that it lures, with the resource to
fabulous expenses in publicity, as victims of his politics of the
"profit at any price."
BPI doesn't work with their customers but against their
customers. He sees in each one of them a potential source of
easy profit.
He prepares in the shadow the lawsuits that not seek the payment
of the debt but the withholding of the whole property. Doesn't
tend any shame in lying in the allegations that it presents in
court. In concealing information on the customer's bill. In
appealing to artifices as low as to pilfer stubs of due deposits
(the customer can prove to deposit).
Conclusion:
The bank activity should be governed by perfectly defined
parameters : the extent of his performance is not able to in way
some being noxious or harmful to the individual, this way it puts
in cause the collective and the society. When the legislator
provided the means to recover the granted loans, he was not
certainly thinking in the possibility of obtaining easy profit
through less transparent processes.
And not even it is in cause the juridical validity of the action
that BPI interposed against his customer. Certainly that their
employees will know each comma of all the laws. It is morals,
respect for the individuals, of non-ethically procedures. Of wild
capitalism in his more common expression.
BPI is accumulating fabulous profits sucking the individuals that
fall in their traps. BPI is a social parasite.
Each individual, separately, can do nothing against this monster,
but all together we can - and we owed - to give them a lesson:
Let us avoid any contact. Let us refuse their services.
BPI is in the market just to serve them.
